Boots Botanics Hot Cloth Cleansing Balm Review

I've recently gone through a bit of a skincare infatuation. For my makeup to look great, my face has to be in good shape also! So I've been on the hunt for the perfect skincare routine to give me flawless, glowing skin so I don't feel the need to wear makeup (pffft as if that will ever happen). So to avoid study I've been procrastinating like there's no tomorrow. Instead of study I've been doing my eyemakeup and taking lots of pictures of myself "studying". I also spent a night out with my best friends to "relieve"ourselves from the stress. I've come to the realisation I need to get to a hairdresser STAT! My roots have gone beyond a joke now.

Hair Care Favourites for bleached hair

I've been a faux blonde since I was 15 years old, give or take a few spells as a brunette so as to give my hair a break from the bleach. The one big problem with blonde is that it requires a lot or care and attention to keep it in good condition. I've made a list of my favourite go to products to fight frizz and dryness, keep the split ends at bay and create big hair!

Blank Canvas Cosmetics Eye Brushes E23 and 010

So today is a review of my brushes from the Irish brand Blank Canvas Cosmetics. I bought a few months after I bought their contour pallete, which i just loved. You can read my review of it here.
I'm always on the search for new brushes so i decided to go for the E23 Short Pencil brush and the 010 Small Blending brush (this brush has since been replaced with the E10 Small Socket blender with synthetic hair).

Hi guys!

So I've recently decided to change my twitter account. I'll still be keeping my personal account that I'm using now but I'm going to keep it purely for non makeup topics (e.g cats pics!!!) and my new twitter page will be purely makeup and blogging related. This is so that those that follow me on my personal twitter won't have to be bombarded with makeup tweets and those following my blogging twiter account won't have to be updated with maths related tweets and rants!

Dealing with Eczema: L'Oreal Paris Nude Magique Anti-Redness CC Cream

I've mentioned before that I've been suffering with eczema resulting in the skin around my right eye being very red......not an attractive look. While I was waiting for this redness to tone down I decided to buy the L'Oreal Paris Nude Magique CC Cream that targets the redness in the skin and calms it down. It was €15.39 for 50ml in Boots.

Dealing with Eczema: Evening Skincare Routine

Back in November I started to suffer from eczema on my right eye and all over my mouth. It was quite a shock when it happened as I have always suffered from oily skin (never having a dry patch in sight) and I was totally unprepared for it. I had to go out and switch up my skincare routine pronto. Gone were all my mattifying and oil control products. I stopped caring about my oily patches and focused on taking care of the dry, flaky, red, swollen and sore patches of dry skin on my face.

A while back my bottle of L'oreal Extraordinary oil (which i adored) ran out, so while i was in Lidl I couldn't resist purchasing this Argan Oil Hair Treatment at the amazing price of €2.99 for a 100ml bottle. An absolute steal considering it is only a fraction of the price of many argan oil based products currently available.
