Backcombing *Magic* Brush

So  a little while ago I got this little gem for only €1.50 in Pennys. Now as much as I like taking care of my hair and making sure it's in great condition I also ADORE having big bouncy hair! I know, I know....backcombing is bad for your hair but I like big hair! So when I spotted this thing I just had to buy it and give it a go.

As you can see the bristles are quite dense and provide grip and control. They kind of 'mess up' adding lots of volume with minimal effort! The slender pin tail makes it great for sectioning hair.

So this is a photo of me without any backcombing. As you can see its quite flat!

I would definitely recommend this brush. It provides lots of volume with hardly any effort (I did my hair for these photos in less than 5 minutes) and  for the price how can you go wrong! Its my new magic wonder and I'm never letting it out of my sight!

    1. Its crazy how much volume you can get so quickly and easily!
And in my opinion it doesn't really break your hair too much (but I might be just in denial about that)

  6. This looks really good :) I love big hair too but I'm always a bit scared to back comb it in case it gives me really bad split ends etc. really want this brush now though! If I do it with my usual comb it just drops out after five minutes xx

    1. I normally just focus on my roots and stay away from the ends of my hair because I'm terrified of split ends also!
Ya I hate it when you spend ages backcombing and then it just drops within 5 minutes, such a waste of time!
